VoteVets is proud to have endorsed Kim Olson, a retired Colonel and Democrat running in TX-24. But recently she’s been subjected to unfair attacks on her military service — from other Democrats, no less!

We expect this kind of tactic from Republicans, but to see it from our own side is very disheartening, to say the least.

The only reason Kim’s military service is being attacked is because she’s in a potential pick up seat in an open district and her opponents know voters recognize that she’s the candidate who is best able to win this seat come November.

An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us. Will you split a donation between VoteVets and Kim Olson running for Congress in TX-24?

This kind of swiftboating has no place in our party — especially not if we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to elect the strongest candidates who can win in November.
