Friend,
By now, you have likely heard mention of Project 2025 and perhaps wanted to know if it could impact you or your loved ones. Well, it is no exaggeration that this extremist blueprint would impact all of us, tearing apart families, destabilizing our communities, and sending shock waves through the economy.
A few of the most alarming proposals from the 900+ page document:
Allowing law enforcement agents to carry out raids at schools, hospitals, and houses of worship.
Conducting the mass deportation of millions of people in the U.S., whether that means targeting long-term residents, revoking legal status, or putting an estimated 4.4 million U.S. citizen children at risk of being deported or losing a parent to deportation.
Increasing racial profiling and military crackdowns, especially in border communities, so that anyone who “looks like an immigrant” could be detained by law enforcement. This would create a police state that endangers our neighbors and community members, ultimately making all of us less safe.
Ending DACA, restricting legal pathways to immigration, and making work permits all but inaccessible to thousands of eligible people who work essential jobs.
If enacted, these extreme and inhumane policies would put millions of people at risk of separation and deportation — including those who have built their lives, businesses, and families here. The ripple effects on our economy would be extensive, particularly in critical sectors like agriculture and construction.
It’s clear: Project 2025 is deeply anti-American, anti-immigrant, and anti-family. Imagine if instead, we came together and built an immigration system that is designed for a future where all of us can thrive and live freely. One in which:
Communities have safe spaces where families can pray, children can go to school, and people can receive medical care without looking over their shoulder at militarized government agents.
Congress finally creates legal pathways to citizenship for DACA recipients and people who have spent years living in legal limbo.
Our economy is strong and diverse, and instead of creating unnecessary barriers to opportunity, we make it easier for people to access higher education, fill essential roles, and fully participate in and contribute to our communities.
Families stay together and our country upholds the values of equal and impartial protection under the law.
This is the future we are fighting for, friend. Sign our pledge today to show your commitment to supporting a pro-immigrant, inclusive, and just society for all:
YES, I'M IN!
I hope you’ll join us,
