We’re into Week Three of FAMM’s Clemency Now! Leading With Justice and Mercy campaign. We need your help to win freedom and justice for a record number of people in prison and to reunite them with their families!

Clemency is a powerful way to give many families and their loved ones a second chance when all other options have failed. For so many people, other avenues to freedom – like compassionate release, parole, and second look laws – are just not available for reasons that have nothing to do with the person's case or clear record of rehabilitation.
Clemency reflects values of mercy and justice – values that the president and governors have stated time and again are important to them. So why is it almost never used?
