Did you hear what Trump said during last night's town hall, friend?

"That was a day of love." - Donald J. Trump on the Jan. 6 Capitol attack

I can't make this up. He really said that.

Trump has been spreading his lies and hateful rhetoric all across the country: at rallies, during debates, and again on national television. And guess what? His partner-in-crime — and my opponent — Rick Scott proudly endorses him for president. Despite all the out-of-touch remarks Trump has made, Rick Scott continues to rally behind him.

But I guess we shouldn't be so surprised, right? This is the same guy who has spent the last six years cozying up to Donald Trump, going as far as skipping a crucial Senate vote to go to one of Trump's many court hearings. The same guy who was CEO of a company that was found GUILTY of one of the largest Medicare fraud schemes in history, wrote the plan to DEFUND Social Security and Medicare, supported Florida's ban on abortions, and cosponsored a national ban on abortions.

I can't stress enough how important it is to protect the White House and the Senate from creeps like Trump and Scott. They're both serious threats to our rights, freedoms, and democracy.

But here's the good news, friend: The tide is turning in Florida.

New polls show me just TWO points behind Rick Scott — and I'm closing the gap more and more every day. That's why Donald Trump and Rick Scott are increasing their ad spending in Florida (in fact, Rick Scott is spending another $10 million on new TV ads). Because they know Kamala Harris and I are catching up to them — and they're terrified.

In the final stretch of the race, friend, I need your grassroots support to fight back and win so we can hand future president Kamala Harris a strong Senate majority. So please, will you chip in $5 or more right now to help me defeat Rick Scott, win in Florida, and keep the Senate blue?
