We’re just 18 days from Election Day, and I want to talk to you about Project 2025 -- a dangerous plan crafted by extremist organizations like the Heritage Foundation.

It’s no surprise that Project 2025 includes tactics for rolling back environmental wins and rejecting a green, sustainable future. Here are just a few of the most dangerous implications of Project 2025 for both our democracy and the climate movement:

• It strips power away from the Environmental Protection Agency
• It provides even bigger tax loopholes and giveaways to Big Oil
• It ends protections for public lands and gives them away for drilling
• It guts clean energy and incentives to help working families save on energy bills while increasing fossil fuel production

I know it can be scary to learn about these extreme plans for our country. But together, we can reject an anti-science, anti-democracy future. Will you sign our petition today pledging to reject Project 2025 at the polls?

The list above is just the start. Project 2025 is nothing short of climate denialism, going as far as to suggest eliminating the National Weather Service. It threatens to alter our government and give unprecedented power to the president and private corporations.

Let me be clear: Project 2025 is a dangerous takeover that threatens our climate and our rights, hurting the middle class in order to help Trump and his wealthy MAGA loyalists.
