Parks is working to finish the connection bridge for Hill Creek and Pumphouse trail at Northern State Recreation Area (NSRA). Art Turftee and the Skagit Trailbuilders are working together to finalize the trail system.

A free event to provide support services for veterans of Skagit County.
Services to include: Showers, Dental, Vision and Hearing, Veteran Benefits, Educational Services, Job Fair and Hiring, Veteran Service Organizations, Bellingham Vet Center, Food and Clothing, Health Services Immunizations Information, Washington Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System.
With Special Guests: WA State Senator Ron Muzzall, AZ Councilwoman Vicki Gillis, Skagit County Commissioner Ron Wesen, and Skagit County Commissioner Peter Browning.

The Foundation has already started to significantly contribute to the Fair, events and the facility. The Foundation board is looking for donors and supporters to help the Foundation keep up the good work that has been started!
