Ahead of Election Day in November, PublicSource and 90.5 WESA have been publishing a weekly series analyzing ads airing in the Pittsburgh market. This week's Spot Check examines attack ads alleging extreme positions on the parts of Pennsylvania Senate candidates Republican Jen Dintini and Democrat Nick Pisciottano, citing certain campaign donors ([link removed]) .
PublicSource and WESA also paired up to give you a look at the final facilities proposal from Pittsburgh Public Schools consultants ([link removed]) who are recommending 17 school closures, one new school creation and splitting the remaining affected schools into traditional K-5, 6-8 and 9-12 models.
