Aaron Spencer, whose 14-year-old daughter was missing, found her with
a 67-year-old man, Michael Fosler, whom there was a no-contact order
with. A dispute ensued and Spencer shot Fosler to death. He is facing
preliminary 1st-degree murder charges; over $100,000 has been raised
to assist with legal fees.
