Johnny O is an effective leader. He reimagined community engagement and ensured our neighbors were the ones driving the conversations on how he shaped investments in communities across Baltimore County. Now, he’s ready to carry that same vision to Congress – but he needs your help to continue his work and deliver progress for our communities.

📚 As a former public school teacher, education has always been a top priority for Johnny. That’s why, as Baltimore County Executive, he increased teacher pay and provided historic public school funding.

🏥 As Baltimore County Executive, he helped ensure Baltimore County did not cooperate with any attempt to prosecute those crossing state lines for reproductive care after Roe fell.
