We are representing a teacher who was forbidden from praying on school grounds, and we secured her right to pray at the school's flagpole – just in time for last month's day of prayer at school.

Update: ACLJ Defends Teacher's Right To Pray.

We received numerous contacts from Walmart employees who were concerned that a new scheduling policy appeared to no longer allow religious accommodations for them to attend church.

We quickly sent a letter to Walmart's corporate counsel asking for religious accommodations for our clients.

Thankfully, Walmart responded swiftly and worked with us to ensure that its policy would, in fact, provide religious accommodations for its employees under the law.

We applaud Walmart – the largest employer in the U.S. – for resolving this matter so quickly and protecting the religious liberty of its employees.
