Yesterday, Donald Trump gave a speech to the Economic Club of Chicago. And what he said was absolutely despicable.

In case you missed it, Trump doubled down on raising prices on everyday goods, said the January 6 insurrection was all “love and peace,” and even said we should “disagree on election results.”

During his time as president, Trump added nearly $8 trillion to the national debt. He’s only the second president in history to have fewer jobs at the end of his term than when he was sworn in.

Trump was responsible for the largest corporate tax cut in history, which benefited billionaires and major corporations over working-class families. And inspired insurrectionists to desecrate our nation’s capital on January 6th.

This is not who we are as Americans. We can turn a new page, and that starts with electing Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and Democrats at every level on Election Day.
