John, it's Carole, Hank's Campaign Manager, and today is National Boss's Day! 🎉
Since I've been working with Hank for nearly two decades, I've had to get creative with my gifts for an amazing leader like him… But before I tell you about why he's so deserving, I have to tell you about an urgent deadline:
Hank's last big Public Fundraising Deadline before the election is tonight, and we're still $4,921 away from what we need to raise online to reach our goal. John, could you chip in today to help us reach it by midnight? >>
Now I could give you 20 years’ worth of examples of Hank going above and beyond as a leader in both our personal and professional lives, but here are just a few key themes:
1️⃣ Hank isn't afraid to stick up for what's right—even if it's not a popular opinion. Accountability is a hot topic that most powerful people shy away from, but no matter what prize deep-pocketed donors and big businesses offer Hank, he's never going to compromise on his values to put the people first (and sadly, that's more than we can say for our Supreme Court).
2️⃣ Hank is always working to protect our Georgia families and their futures. Over the years, Hank has centered his work around equity, making sure people have access to the opportunities, resources, and protection they deserve. He's been a fierce advocate for our environment, our children, and our workers, among many other things.
3️⃣ Hank just knows how to get things done. There's a reason why he beat an incumbent legislator back in 2006 and why he's been re-elected every time since. He's been able to pass dozens of bipartisan bills that make real, positive change in our communities.
John, I'm proud to be on Hank's team helping to create a government that works for regular folks like you and me. On National Boss's Day, would you join me in showing your appreciation for Hank and his work by donating any amount today to help us raise the $4,921 we need to reach our goal by tonight?
