Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:
Demanding accountability from FEMA
FEMA is jeopardizing its ability to respond to disasters like Hurricanes Helene and Milton by spending billions out of the Disaster Relief Fund on non-immediate needs like COVID-19. That’s why I am demanding answers on their maladministration.
FEMA must be transparent about the decisions made using congressionally appropriated dollars and must ensure Americans who are currently suffering due to recent disasters are prioritized.

Fighting to preserve justice
I called upon Attorney General Merrick Garland and DC authorities to preserve the bodies of five preemie babies allegedly killed by illegal late-term abortions.
So far, DC authorities and Biden-Harris’ Department of Justice have conducted a lackluster investigation into the five aborted children, also know as the DC Five, whose remains were discovered at the Washington Surgi-Clinic in March 2022 by pro-life advocates.
Future congressional investigations into potential violations and the sufficiency of existing law will undoubtedly be hampered if these remains and any related evidence are destroyed. These children deserve justice, regardless of which administration is in power.
Demanding answers on non-citizen voting
This past week, Rep. Randy Weber and I led a group of 12 Texas Republicans demanding action from the Biden-Harris administration to provide previously requested data to protect Texas from non-citizen voting.
Our letter comes after Governor Abbott announced the removal of 6,500 potential non-citizens from Texas voter rolls and the Biden-Harris administration’s failure to provide requested citizenship data that would protect the integrity of Texas elections.
Public confidence in elections is a necessary cornerstone of any representative government. That confidence must be earned through diligence and transparency.
