📉 Anti-ESG Legislation on the Decline: Across the U.S., anti-ESG bills are falling short as advocates defend sustainable and responsible investing.
🌎 EPA Takes Action on Greenhouse Gases: On September 23, the EPA finalized a rule targeting HFC emissions. The new Emissions Reduction and Reclamation (ER&R) program will reduce leaks and curb emissions from refrigerants, especially in supermarkets.
🌧️ Green America Supports Farmer-Led Drone Relief: In response to Hurricane Helene, American farmers repurposed agricultural drones to deliver emergency supplies and locate survivors. Green America partnered with Soil Regen to raise over $13,000 for essentials like water, food, and fuel, supporting the farmers on the frontlines.
