Hey, it’s Tim Scott with a very personal message for you this evening.
As a black Republican, many have ridiculed me, depicted me in atrocious ways, and unfortunately what was posted this afternoon on X is more of the vile same.
This was apparently posted by the DEI expert who is presenting at CBS news tomorrow.
While this image is upsetting on many levels, I am most upset for the future of our nation.
How can we be moving forward towards prosperity and strength and unity if we tear each other apart.
I believe our nation is fundamentally not racist. But the fact remains that there are bad characters out there who want to tear down others.
That is not me. It never will be. And I know it’s not YOU.
I believe that in America you’re defined by the content of your character, NOT the color of your skin. You can go as high and far as your character and work ethic will take you.
The future of the Senate is going to come down to these SIX races. All six of these campaigns are facing vicious attacks by the Left and a massive onslaught of Democrat advertising dollars.
We need all hands on deck to help these campaigns WIN and FLIP the Senate Red.
