I am running for reelection to the King County Council because I am the last line of defense fighting against an extremist Seattle agenda that is making our communities less safe and less affordable. I am working hard every day to bring commonsense back to King County.
Today, I am excited to announce a major update in my race for the King County Council: All Nine Mayors Representing the Citizens of District 9 have endorsed my reelection campaign!
This is a big deal! The unanimous and bipartisan endorsements of all Mayors representing the citizens of Council District 9 demonstrate that our message of fiscal responsibility, support for local businesses and workers, and commonsense policies that make our communities safer, like keeping open the juvenile detention center, is extremely popular.
Earning the support of the Mayors of Bellevue, Renton, Maple Valley, Enumclaw, Covington, Black Diamond, Kent, Newcastle, and Issaquah is a massive achievement, and I am incredible grateful by the outpouring of local support for our campaign.
