You’ve probably been hearing some version of this a lot recently:

The election is going to be extraordinarily close, and the result could come down to just a few thousand votes in key battleground states.

And it’s true. This election is going to be close.

That’s why we’re asking if you can make a contribution in this election cycle to the Democratic National Committee. We could really use help from folks pitching in at this defining moment in the race.

All the data we have points to 2024 being one of the closest elections in history. If this makes you nervous, you’re not alone.

There is a very real chance we could be staring down a second Donald Trump presidency and Republican control of Congress.

But there’s another truth about an election this close: it means every single thing YOU can do between now and Election Day will have a tremendous impact.

Every grassroots donation, every door knock, and every phone call helps us reach another undecided voter -- it helps get one more person off the couch and into a voting booth to vote for Democrats up and down the ballot.
