Team, here’s what the two candidates for Pennsylvania AG said in their recent debate when asked if they would prosecute patients receiving or doctors providing abortion care if the procedure was banned in their state: 

Eugene DePasquale: “Our family has an experience with this. We had an ectopic pregnancy at week 10. What was technically an abortion that night saved Tracey’s life and preserved our ability to have two kids…. So I want to be as clear as I can be on anything. I will always protect a woman’s right to an abortion.”

Dave Sunday: “I will absolutely enforce and defend the abortion laws in Pennsylvania.”

This is not a hypothetical question — with PA Republicans actively pushing for an abortion ban constitutional amendment, voters deserve to know if Dave Sunday would prosecute them for seeking care. 

The stakes are incredibly high after the fall of Roe v. Wade, and we must elect Dem AGs to stand up for abortion access. Will you chip in today?
