I know we’ve been sending you quite a few emails about what’s at stake this November over the past few weeks. You’re probably tired of hearing about how this election is the most important election of our lives (because we get told that every two years). But I truly believe this is the most important election our nation has ever faced, especially for those of us who care about our God-given rights.

Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have already told us what they’re going to do. They’re going to push for Red Flag gun confiscation laws, universal registration checks, and a ban on commonly owned firearms. Regardless of how much Harris thinks owning a Glock will get her votes, these plans are an undeniable truth. We don’t need to speculate about that. They’ve said it.

Instead of focusing on who wins the White House, GOA and GOA Victory Fund have been razor-focused on ensuring we have a pro-gun Senate majority who will halt every gun control proposal that comes before the chamber. This truly is the last line of defense against an anti-gunner-in-chief who seeks to erode our Second Amendment rights.

We’re closing in on Election Day. Ballots are hitting mailboxes and early voting has begun in some of our most important states. But there are still 10 million gun owners and hunters who do not vote in these critical elections.

Right now, polls show Ted Cruz has a slight lead over his anti-gun opponent. In Montana, Tim Sheehy is vastly outpacing Jon Tester. We can’t take anything for granted. That’s why I’m asking you to make a grassroots donation of $25, $50, $75, or even $100 to help us get as many gun owners as possible to the polls.

We have so much at stake – our rights, our freedoms, and our way of life – that we can’t afford to sit this election out. We need every gun owner and hunter to vote, whether it’s by mail, through early voting, or on Election Day.
