Folks, Trump loves to claim that crime is out of control in cities all across the country.

And for once, I actually agree with him — but it’s coming from the extreme MAGA Republican base.

EXHIBIT A: The thousands of people who were arrested and/or convicted for their criminal actions on January 6th, 2021.

EXHIBIT B: The Proud Boys and other extremist hate groups who Trump told to “stand back and stand by” in the 2020 presidential debate.

EXHIBIT C: The bigots who terrorized residents of Springfield, Ohio with bomb threats and racist attacks because of the incitement and encouragement of Donald Trump and JD Vance.

So, yes, America has a crime problem — but Donald Trump should look in the mirror to understand why.

We can’t let this convicted felon and his MAGA gang get the chance to enact their hateful, extreme agenda on the national stage.
