John,

Did you see John’s new op-ed in The Detroit News?

He breaks down the three rules that every cadet at West Point must learn if
they want to succeed as leaders and why they are crucially important to
overcoming the challenges of the future.

“Each year West Point graduates a new crop of 20-somethings whom we expect to
understand three simple rules:

►  Leaders eat last

►  No excuses

►  Mission first, people always

How sad that we send men and women, two or three times those young officers’
ages, to Washington, D.C., and to state capitols all over the country with no
such expectations.” - John James, The Detroit News

Our current leaders in Washington, D.C. could learn a lot by studying these
simple rules.

If our leaders can learn from these rules, America will emerge from this
crisis stronger, more united, and more inspired. If not, we could be headed
down a path of further division and disunity.

Read the op-ed — if you agree with John and think that our leaders could
benefit from following these three rules, add your name to stand with him.
