Friend, later today I’ll be stepping onto the stage to debate Ted Cruz for the first time. I have been waiting for this moment since my campaign began.
I know exactly how his actions – and inactions – have hurt not just Texans, but every American.
From his trip to Cancún during a deadly winter freeze to being responsible for Texas' abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or health of the mother, Ted Cruz can run, but he can’t hide from his extreme record.
Before I take the debate stage tonight, will you show that you'll be standing with me by chipping in a split donation of $5 or anything you can between my campaign and Jacky Rosen’s to make sure that we have what it will take to defeat Cruz on November 5th?

Let’s compare our records.
I support a woman’s fundamental right to make her own health care decisions about her own body. Ted Cruz thinks he and other politicians should be able to make those decisions for you. But a doctor’s office is way too cramped when Ted Cruz is in the room with you.
I support safeguarding our democracy, one that not only listens to the people, but also serves the people. Cruz tried overturning the free and fair 2020 election.
But here's the deal: Cruz and the deep-pocketed extremist super PACs propping up his campaign recently funneled $34 million into attack ads to crush the momentum behind our movement and defeat me.
So with less than 21 days until Election Day, we absolutely must reach our $2 million goal before our final FEC deadline tomorrow – or we might not have enough resources to fight back against the GOP spending flooding into this race.
That's why, before I step on the stage, I have to urgently ask you: Will you chip in a split donation between my campaign and Jacky Rosen’s to help us hit our fundraising goal, win in Texas, and keep the Senate blue?

It means so much to have you by my side. Thank you.
– Colin
