My team just let me know that we’re still not where we need to be to meet our mid-month fundraising goal by midnight. We still have a $5,000 gap that we have to close if we want to be able to keep our budget plans.

Running a campaign in a battleground district like Northwest Indiana requires significant financial resources, especially since we’re in one of the most expensive media markets nationwide. If we’re going to keep airing ads, knocking on doors, and dialing phones to turn out the vote, we have to meet all our deadlines.
