Hi John, [link removed] [[link removed]]
We wanted to make sure you’re ready for the big election coming on November 5. In addition to choosing our next president, voters will select legislators at both the federal and state levels.
You'll also have the chance to vote "No" on the "Eligibility to Vote" constitutional amendment question . Your "no" vote shows your support for maintaining the guarantee that "every" U.S. citizen has the right to vote. (If the amendment passes, it would open the doors to limitations on our right to vote in the future.)
With so many important things on your ballot, some important deadlines are coming up already that you don’t want to miss!
October 16 (tomorrow!): deadline to update your voter registration online [[link removed]] or by mail (Remember, if you’ve moved or changed your name since the last election, you’ll need to update your registration.)
October 25: suggested last date to request your absentee ballot [[link removed]] (formal deadline Nov. 1)
Head to My Vote Wisconsin [[link removed]] to do both of those things!
Voting is one of the best ways to ensure that our officials truly represent the will of the people. Make sure you’re prepared to cast your vote!
Thank you for staying engaged,

Director of Policy and Program
P.S. If you’re already registered to vote, reach out to three friends or family members and remind them to register! Together, we can get out the vote!
