Just two days remain until Robert is scheduled to be executed by the state of Texas — and not only does evidence prove Robert’s innocence, but it proves that no crime ever occurred. 
 

Will you call Gov. Abbott at 361-264-9653 to help stop this horrible injustice?

When his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki, passed away from prior medical conditions, Robert was wrongly convicted and sentenced to death under the shaken baby syndrome hypothesis. If Gov. Abbott does not intervene now, Robert will become the first person executed under this now debunked theory.

Now, we must urge Gov. Abbott to intervene and grant Robert clemency. 

With an innocent man's life on the line, we need everyone who sees this to call Gov. Greg Abbott’s office at 361-264-9653 and urge him to save Robert’s life.
