Sham ‘scientists’ funded by chemical giants like Bayer and Dupont plan to publish junk reports and derail new US, UK and EU regulations restricting toxic “forever chemicals” in our drinking water.

This is just their latest outrageous (and desperate) attempt to protect billions of dollars of profits – and it’s only the beginning. With this much money on the line, companies are going all out to try and stop our governments from protecting our water.

PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are in all kinds of things we use every day, from raincoats to frying pans to sandwich bags, which is terrifying because they’re EXTREMELY toxic even at low levels. They’re called forever chemicals because they don’t break down…and they’ve been found in our blood, breast milk, drinking water, and food, where they will stay forever.

For over 50 years, chemical companies hid research on the dangers of PFAS, and they haven’t given up yet. 

After the US passed new limits for PFAS in water earlier this year, chemical giants filed lawsuits to stop the new regulations. That’s where the sham science comes in – they were planning to use these ‘reports’ in court as evidence! 

Experts caution that if the chemical giants succeed in reversing regulatory action on PFAS in our water, it would have a domino effect, discouraging regulatory action on other toxic chemicals! 

We have to stop companies like Bayer-Monsanto from continuing to drench our planet in their poison. So we’re going to spearhead a massive movement to expose their lies and build an unprecedented public demand to rid the planet of forever chemicals.
