Ted's friend, David Benham, was arrested last month for providing pregnancy counseling outside a North Carolina abortion clinic.
The state's pro-abortion governor, Roy Cooper, has declared abortion an "essential service" – while law enforcement in his state has trampled the constitutional rights of those assembled peacefully and safely to provide alternatives!
It's an outrageous example of discrimination against people of faith. If Governor Cooper has deemed abortion "essential," then non-profit pregnancy care services should be as well.
