The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has predictably filed a lawsuit against Governor Glenn Youngkin and the state of Virginia for cleaning its voter rolls—a disgraceful, partisan move that highlights the Department's continuous role in threatening and intimidating states through bogus lawsuits to discourage election security, especially voter roll maintenance and Voter ID efforts. Meanwhile, California’s Governor Gavin Newsom signed a law banning Voter ID just last month, effectively opposing any form of identity verification at the polls. “As California goes, so goes the nation!” The DOJ, knowing that states have a federal requirement to prevent non-citizens from voting in elections, engages in lawfare designed to discourage and even overturn maintenance efforts. Time and again, the DOJ files lawsuits to fight state efforts to clean the voter roll, pass a voter ID law, and close their borders. States can’t “disenfranchise” non-citizens and ineligible voters by removing them from voter rolls! It’s the voters who are disenfranchised by their state's failure to maintain clean voter rolls and require proof of citizenship to vote at the polls! Watch Brigitte Gabriel’s Urgent Appeal to America! The Democrats’ narrative has long been that illegal voting is a "myth." Yet the six states that have cleaned their rolls combined with the latest conspiracy uncovered in Arizona demonstrate non-citizens are indeed registered to vote and have a history of voting. Maricopa County’s officials have repeatedly defied voter roll maintenance requirements in Arizona, weaponizing the courts to evade their responsibilities. They are now caught conspiring to conceal nearly 100K registered, voting individuals with unverified citizenship. In a recent visit with congressional candidate Jeff Zink, an election forensic expert and election audit veteran who served on legal teams defending Kari Lake and Abe Hamedeh in Arizona, he revealed a judicial conspiracy to protect organized fraudulent registration of non-citizens with a voting history. While canvassing suspected non-citizen voters who voted in 2020, Zink's team found that countless individuals were unknowingly registered to vote, and unknown person/s voted in their names—backed by signed affidavits. When this information was presented to a Maricopa County judge, instead of investigating the real perpetrators of this fraud, the judge threatened to prosecute the non-citizens themselves, an intimidation tactic to discourage further cooperation by the sizeable non-citizen community. Zink and his colleagues rushed to action and returned to the Judge, delivering evidence proving that the IP addresses of these online Arizona voter registrations did not occur in the homes of these non-citizens. Still, some outside force or forces were fraudulently registering these folks and voting in their name without their knowledge. Instead of ordering an immediate criminal investigation against the real perpetrators, the judge chose to take NO ACTION. It’s clear which side of the political aisle is willing to cheat, cover-up, and rob Americans of their votes, and it’s not the Republicans. This battle for election integrity is not just about 2024—it’s about the future of our Constitutional Republic. It’s time for every American citizen to stand up, lock shields, and fight to protect our most fundamental rights. Governors like Youngkin and candidates like Jeff Zink are leading the charge, but it will take all of us, united in this cause, to ensure that this corruption is rooted out and that our elections remain free, fair, and secure. God has blessed this nation, but with that blessing comes responsibility. As a Representative Republic, we are accountable for the leaders we allow to rise to power through action or inaction. The future of this country and the security of the next generation depend on it. WE DEPEND ON YOUR SUPPORT!
