The ATF is using one of the most corrupt, dishonest, and just plain insidious arguments we’ve ever seen in defense of their “frame or receiver” rule. 

As you know, FPC argued for the rule’s destruction last week in front of the Supreme Court. And what the DOJ has said will make your jaw drop to the floor.

The DOJ said that ATF’s redefinition of a firearm under the rule did not change a single thing… because they claim the law has always been this way!

That’s like England redrawing a map of the world to show the U.S. as an English territory, and then claiming they didn’t do anything because America always belonged to them anyway.

Ultimately, it will now be up to SCOTUS to decide what to do with the DOJ’s lies. But this alarming tactic could be a sign of things to come. 

We all know from experience that when the ATF thinks it can get away with something, they’re going to try it again.

Friend, now is the time for bold action. We’ve got to really make the despots quiver in their jackboots if we’re going to safeguard fundamental rights.
