ABOUT DAVE MCCORMICK

District Attorney Dave Sunday, a Navy veteran, leads efforts in York County to improve public safety, tackle violence, and fight illegal drugs.

A top litigator and dynamic leader, he put himself through college and law school while working at UPS. Dave oversees a team that handles around 9,000 criminal cases annually.

His military service, including deployments to the Persian Gulf and South America, shaped his leadership skills, and he continues to embody the Navy’s values of honor, commitment, and courage in his work today.
