John, when George Logan was asked in our debate who he was voting for in the 2024 Presidential election, he could not even say the name.
He refused to speak the words Donald Trump out loud — apparently because there was a camera in the room running a live broadcast.
And because Logan knows that voters in the Fifth District would reject him if he told the truth.
But Logan has no problem professing his support for Trump to groups of Republicans behind closed doors, as local media learned earlier in this campaign — as long as phones, cameras, and recording devices are turned off.
He does not even have the courage to tell the people of CT-05 what he believes.
In our debate, Logan would not even condemn Trump for inciting the insurrection on January 6th.
George Logan has been an ineffective legislator, catering to the far-right by calling gun safety legislation a “political stunt” and stating he would not vote to codify Roe v. Wade.
Unlike George Logan, I have been a consistent advocate for Connecticut families in Congress, and I have passed 11 bills into law to deliver the support and resources our communities need.
George Logan has powerful donors supporting his campaign, so before our final FEC deadline this Wednesday, we need to ensure voters know who is really fighting for them as they cast their ballots. John, can you please add a $10 contribution today?
