Voting yes on Prop 139 will safeguard abortion access in Arizona and ensure women can make their own healthcare decisions — not politicians.

Earlier this year, we saw exactly what kind of chaos can occur without these key protections when extreme Republicans defended an abortion ban from 1864.

Thankfully, I repealed that Civil War-era law for good, but the fight clearly isn’t over. That’s why we must pass Prop 139 to create even more protections against anti-abortion extremism.
