Corrected Notice of LCB Action: Cannabis Rules Updates – Employee Stock Ownership
On Oct. 9, 2024, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) - Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending WAC 314-55-035 and amending, repealing, or creating other sections of Title 314 WAC as needed to specifically allow Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) in connection with a cannabis license in a way that is consistent with other Washington laws and regulations.
