October is nearly halfway over, and when this month ends, there will only be 5 days left until Election Day. So we’re coming to you with some concerning news: We’re currently behind on our October fundraising goal!
Pitch in to help us catch up
Look, we know every campaign in the country right now is sending out fundraising appeals. But here’s what missing our goal could mean in practice:
- It could mean we’re not able to fully fund our ad programs, scaling back our ad buys at the exact moment when they matter the most.
- It could mean we have to cut back our organizing program, making fewer phone calls and knocking on fewer doors right when that work is most needed.
- Ultimately, it means reaching fewer voters and increasing the risk that some folks stay at home without submitting their ballot.
To us, that’s an unacceptable risk. Which is why we’re working so hard to catch up on this fundraising goal — our final monthly goal before the election! Can you help?
