They laughed when I said Columbus was a
hero... |
Dear John xxxxxx,
But when I showed them the facts about Columbus, they stopped
laughing, and some went silent.
“You mean Columbus wasn’t a villain?”
“Of course not!” I replied. “But my anthropology professor told me he was responsible for genocide,” he
continued. “What do you say to that?”
Before I could start, a radical leftist (with purple hair) cut me off.
He belted:
“We’re NOT doing Columbus Day anymore on this campus.”
“It’s Indigenous Peoples’ Day
now!” He got on his
“woke” soapbox and said: “We should rip down [expletive] Columbus statues and focus more on climate change.”
Well, thank God, I knew what to say.
Because my TFP Student
Action colleagues published this well-researched article:
> 10 Things People Get Wrong About
Columbus Let
me know what you think.
You can also watch the video version here.
And please share the truth with
students you know. God
bless you. Thank you so
much for fighting the good fight. |
