We are working on the highest levels of government to bring back manufacturing to the US. Here is a list of bills introduced and are on our high priority legislation:
US S3537 - Protecting Our Pharmaceutical Supply Chain from China Act of 2020 Senator Tom Cotton
Legislation ends U.S. dependence on China for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The bill's key restrictions would go into effect in 2022.
US S3432 - Securing America's Medicine Cabinet Act of 2020 Senator Marsha Blackburn
This bill supports the advanced manufacturing technologies program of the Food and Drug Administration, to establish National Centers of Excellence in Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
S. 1459: China Technology Transfer Control Act of 2019 Senator Josh Hawley
A bill to control the export to the People's Republic of China of certain technology and intellectual property important to the national interest of the United States, and for other purposes.
Beat China Act Congressman Chip Roy - Texas
This legislation will offer a few specific changes to the tax code, and will allow qualifying companies to obtain beneficial tax treatments for manufacturing in U.S. territories. This legislation will help end the United States’ pharmaceutical dependency on foreign countries, and ensure that our national security is not at risk through threats to the medical supply chain.
US S3286 - Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act Senator Marsha Blackburn
Legislation to support President Trump’s efforts to withhold certain federal grants for states that give driver licenses to illegal immigrants and shield criminal illegal immigrants from deportation.
We launched a national media campaign with Brigitte Gabriel raising awarness about China and why we must become engaged, involved and independent.
