You’re one of the most committed voters in the state. You already know the Kansas Legislature has to be held accountable for ignoring the will of the people on abortion rights. You know Governor Kelly’s ability to make a veto stick hinges on this election. 

But everybody can use a reminder of the practical parts of democracy. That’s why we’ll be sending you emails over the next few weeks with key deadlines and information to make voting easier. 

Here’s the timeline:

• Tomorrow: Last day to register to vote or fix errors on your voter registration. Check your registration here.
• October 16: First day to vote early in many counties. Find out where and when you can vote early here. 
• October 29: Last day to request to be mailed your ballot (also known as an “advance ballot”). Request your advance ballot here. 
• November 4: Last day to vote early in person-early polls close at noon. Find your early voting location here. 
• November 5: Election Day! Polls are open from 7am-7pm. Find your polling place and information on what ID you need to bring here.
