Friend, I'm reaching out personally because I wanted to share that FIVE polls show us statistically tied with Ted Cruz!

I wouldn't be where I am without you, but right now, I need you more than ever. These polls are proof we can win this thing. But we won't have a chance if we let Ted Cruz outspend us and drown out our message across Texas' airwaves.

As you read this, Ted Cruz and his allies are spending MILLIONS of dollars on attack ads and smear campaigns to crush our momentum. And it's only going to get worse as Election Day gets closer. 

That's because they know if I beat Ted Cruz, it'll virtually guarantee Democrats keep Senate control.

So please, ahead of my most critical FEC filing deadline in three days, I'm personally asking: Will you donate $5 or more to help me take the lead in the polls, defeat Ted Cruz, and defend our Democratic Senate majority?
