Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a weekly note to
Elise's supporters to update you on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21!


Here are a few top Team Elise updates and stories we have been tracking for
the past week!


NORTHERN BORDER NIGHTMARE: Elise Meets With North Country Residents in Border
Towns of Clinton and Franklin Counties


Last Friday, Elise sat down with first responders, North Country families, and
local officials from Clinton and Franklin counties, suffering daily from the
Biden-Harris Administration’s refusal to secure our borders. Open Border Czar
Kamala Harris’ failures have endangered North Country residents – who are
encountering illegal immigrants at their schools, on their farms, in their
backyards, and even inside their homes. Residents are sleeping with guns, and
children are afraid to play outside. This election is truly existential for our
border communities. One resident even said, “We need to vote for our life.

Elise stated –


“I have been sounding the alarm for years about the record-setting numbers of
illegal immigrants invading our Northern Border and Swanton Sector under open
border czar Kamala Harris. Today I heard from a Clinton County resident who
found illegal immigrants hiding on her property including in her garage. I
heard from parents from Franklin County who cannot let their children play
outside due to the influx of illegals on their private property. I heard from a
Clinton County mom whose children were at risk when illegals were found near
elementary school property during morning drop off. Enough is enough. Our rural
communities are struggling due to the America Last policies of Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris, Kathy Hochul, and Chuck Schumer. While Far Left Democrats put
the interests of illegal immigrants over hardworking Americans, I will continue
fighting for the safety of our families by returning to the successful border
security policies of President Trump who created the most secure border in
history.”

Grassroots Enthusiasm is High in NY-21!


Elise spent last weekend on the road, meeting with constituents at grassroots
events throughout NY-21. Elise started the weekend attending the annual Essex
County and Clinton County GOP dinners on Friday evening. The GOP dinners were
full of enthusiastic voters ready to elect Republicans up and down the ballot!

On Saturday morning, Elise met with supporters in the Town of Corinth in
Saratoga County before attending the Fulton County GOP rally and meeting with
the Montgomery County GOP. She also stopped by Second Wind Coffee, which has
grown into a thriving small business after getting a kick-start from an
economic development grant that Elise secured!

On Sunday, Elise attended the Hamilton County GOP’s fall picnic in Indian
Lake. On the way home, she stopped into the North Country’s beloved Stewarts
Shops, where she met a few voters and discussed the critical upcoming election!

On Monday night, Team Elise joined thousands of Upstate patriots for a rally
in the City of Amsterdam for the unveiling of a 100-foot Vote for Trump sign,
the largest Upstate New York has ever seen! Local Democrats tried and failed to
weaponize the courts to stop event organizer, Sticker Mule CEO, Anthony
Constantino, but he persevered, and the event went off without a hitch! He even
earned a shoutout from President Trump and Don Jr.!

Elise Pays Respect on First Anniversary of October 7th Attacks


Monday marked the anniversary of Hamas’ atrocious terrorist attacks in Israel,
the bloodiest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Exactly one year ago today, the Jewish people experienced the bloodiest day
since the Holocaust as Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists committed unspeakable
atrocities against humanity, savagely murdering 1,200 innocent Israelis and
taking 251 hostages. Tragically 97 remain captive today including 4 Americans.
Today and always, my heart breaks for their families, many who I’ve personally
met.

It has never been more important to support our most precious ally in its
fight for survival and for the world to know this is not Israel’s fight alone.

In response to the heinous atrocities of October 7th, we have also seen the
ancient hatred of antisemitism infect once ‘elite’ higher education
institutions and spread across American society emboldened by the moral
equivocation of a failed Biden-Harris Administration and the radical pro-Hamas
Democrat Party. This antisemitic rot has embedded itself into a now biased
international community and United Nations which rewards barbaric Iranian
terrorists while punishing Israel for defending itself.

From exposing the moral rot within American universities in the congressional
hearing heard around the world, to demanding the United Nations be held
accountable, I am proud to help lead the fight against antisemitism and
anti-Israel hate in the halls of Congress and around the world. I was honored
to deliver an address at the Israeli Knesset this past May to emphasize House
Republicans and President Trump’s unwavering support for Israel in their
greatest time of need as well as our commitment to fighting antisemitism at
home and abroad. As a senior member of the House Armed Services and the House
Intelligence Committee, I have worked with my Republican colleagues to pass
critical pieces of legislation providing needed military aid to support Israel
and counter the dangerous and reckless anti-Israel policies of the Biden-Harris
Administration.

But we know our work is far from over.

As Israel continues to face an onslaught of attacks from Iran and their
proxies, we must acknowledge that the foreign policy of Kamala Harris and Joe
Biden has failed to stand by Israel, instead empowering adversaries like Iran
through sanction relief, and a slow-walking of critical military aid passed by
House Republicans. The world cannot afford four more years of Kamala Harris and
the Democrat Party’s foreign policy of appeasement to Iran. We must reimpose
President Trump’s maximum pressure campaign against Iran, support Israel, and
bring home the hostages who have suffered for far too long.”

On Thursday, Elise traveled to Charlotte and Gastonia, North Carolina, to
headline campaign events for President Trump and JD Vance!

Elise Earns the Endorsement of 39 Saratoga County Elected Officials


On Wednesday, Elise announced that her re-election campaign earned the
endorsement of 39 local elected officials in Saratoga County, including
endorsements from every town represented in NY-21!


County Board of Supervisors Chairman Phil Barrett said –


“Congresswoman Stefanik has been a tireless advocate for the people of her
district and consistently delivers results for everyone she represents. Major
legislation or challenges experienced by one person take priority for Elise and
her team. I am grateful for Congresswoman Stefanik introducing legislation to
rename the Saratoga National Battlefield Historical Park. Saratoga County is
proud to be home to the turning point of the American Revolution and I look
forward to working with Congresswoman Stefanik on our county’s 250th
Anniversary Commission.”

Elise Endorses Assemblyman Chris Tague for Re-election


On Thursday, Elise endorsed her longtime friend Chris Tague, “America’s
Assemblyman,” as the locals call him, for re-election in New York’s 102nd
Assembly District, which encompasses all of Schoharie County and parts of
Albany, Delaware, Greene, and Otsego Counties.


Elise stated –


“I am proud to endorse my longtime friend Chris Tague for Assembly in New
York’s 102nd Assembly District! Chris Does an incredible job representing his
district and standing up for conservative values against the far left Democrat
regime in Albany. Vote for Chris Tague and the entire Republican ticket this
election!”

Elise Hits the Radiowaves in Georgia, Washington D.C., and Upstate NY


On Tuesday, Elise joined the Austin Rhodes Show in Georgia to discuss
President Trump’s America First policies and priorities when he returns to the
White House! Later in the day, Elise joined the Vince Coglianese Show in
Washington D.C., to discuss how this November will be the most important
election in a lifetime. Later in the week, she joined Doug Goudie on WGY
Mornings in Upstate, NY, where she discussed Far Left NY Democrat Kathy
Hochul’s disastrous plan to close Great Meadow Correctional Facility in
Washington County, NY-21, and the historical momentum behind President Trump
and his America First movement.

Biden-Harris Administration Opposes Fort Drum Missile Defense Site


In a recent letter to the House Committee on Armed Services, Secretary of
Defense Lloyd Austin wrote that the Department of Defense “strongly objects” to
Elise’s provision to establish a missile defense site at Fort Drum. Elise
fought to secure this measure in the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act,
which passed the House with strong bipartisan support.


Elise stated –


“It is unacceptable yet unsurprising that the Biden-Harris Administration is
opposed to my bipartisan provision in the National Defense Authorization Act
which will strengthen our homeland missile defense architecture by requiring
the completion of a third U.S. missile defense site by 2030. Due to the
feckless weakness of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on the world stage, the
abilities of our adversaries to threaten our homeland have grown significantly.
Iran is getting closer to achieving intercontinental ballistic missile
capabilities, North Korea continues to test long range missiles, Communist
China is expanding its nuclear arsenal, and Russia threatens to use nuclear
weapons against America. We need to bolster our homeland missile defense and
this must begin with the construction of a third missile defense site at Fort
Drum, the designated location of the DoD by law. Instead of citing made-up
numbers and continuing to decimate our deterrence, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,
Chuck Schumer, and Kirsten Gillibrand should work to include this critical
provision in the NDAA to protect the United States homeland.”

Antisemites Vandalize Harvard on October 7th Anniversary


Late Monday night, footage from a pro-Hamas vandal at Harvard went viral on
social media and earned national media attention. The so-called protester
smashed windows and defaced statues on campus in an attempt to “bring the war
home.”


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“This is absolutely criminal and any and all individuals involved must be
immediately expelled and prosecuted to the fullest of the law.

Now is not the time [Harvard] for another working group, it is long past time
for consequences and disciplinary action.”

Elise Calls Out Dangerous Rhetoric From Far Left New York State Democrats


When news broke on Wednesday that President Trump would be holding a rally at
Madison Square Garden, New York State Senator Brad Hoylman-Sigal linked the
rally to that of the Nazi party in February 1939. He stated that the Trump
rally “will endanger the public safety of New Yorkers and has the potential to
incite widespread violence” and urged Madison Square Garden to cancel the event.


Elise responded to the State Senator in a post on X –


“Kathy Hochul, Hakeem Jeffries, and the New York Democrat Party must
immediately denounce this dangerous and unhinged rhetoric from this radical
Leftist who has also been inexcusably silent when it comes to condemning
antisemitism.

President Trump has faced two assassination attempts due to this type of
unhinged language.

The NY Democrat Party is in absolute freefall:
- Dem Governor Kathy Hochul has the worst approval rating for any NY Governor
in history
- NY Dem Governor’s office infiltrated by Communist China
- Dem NYC Mayor indicted
- NY Democrats lost their attempt to illegally gerrymander
- Kamala Harris polling worse in NY swing districts than even Joe Biden
