Groundwork’s cutting-edge fellowship and leadership development program with the NAACP, The Organizing Accelerator, is uplifting emerging organizers across regions that are far too often written off.

• Our program hosted gatherings for 16 fellows across historically under-represented regions across the country.


• During these gatherings, fellows networked with elected leaders and crafted an organizing proposal.


• Fellows left the program with a strong pitch for local organizing work and connections in hand.
