First: The Texas GOP ignored public health experts and reopened the economy without securing the testing we need to do so safely.

Then: During a private phone call, Governor Abbott admitted to the dangers of lifting social distancing restrictions without testing and tracing capabilities. He even admitted that the goal has never been to get COVID-19 transmission down to zero.

Now: The health and safety of millions of Texans are at risk because the TX GOP put profit over public health.
