For those of you not following every detail of my Senate race, I wanted to let you know that tomorrow night I'll be debating my opponent, Mike Rogers, for the second and final time.

Here is what we saw at the first debate: Despite painting himself as a moderate in the 20 years he was a politician, he has done what so many have unfortunately done before him: said whatever he thinks he needs to say to win this seat.

But one thing about debates is that there is a lot of preparation and practice before the actual event. 

So the last week has been all about "debate prep." 

It also means there's virtually no time for fundraising. That's fine. It is not my favorite part of the job by any stretch. But it also means I am hoping supporters like you can help fill that gap. 

It's especially important given the recent outside spending against us, tied polls, and the need to be ready for anything that comes our way after the debate. 

If winning Michigan's Senate seat is important to you, then I am asking you to consider splitting a donation between my campaign and the Michigan Victory Fund, $25, $50 or whatever it is you can afford to help me get it done. So while I’m in debate prep, the team will put your donation right to work in the most cost-effective way possible to keep this seat blue in November.
