John, SCOTUS is currently considering a case that could have massive implications for our movement to end gun violence.

In 2022, President Biden regulated “ghost guns” – kits that allow people to build untraceable firearms – by requiring background checks and serial numbers. Now, the Supreme Court is deciding if it’s constitutional.

These ghost guns are extremely dangerous and are a direct contributor to the epidemic of gun violence we’re facing in America. It’s critical we make it more difficult for dangerous individuals to access high-powered weaponry – especially those that are untraceable. 

I applaud the Biden administration for taking steps forward with regulation. We must pass legislation in Congress that closes loopholes so we can get these off the street.
