Friend,

Did you get FPC’s update on Tuesday’s oral arguments in Garland v. VanDerStok? This is so important that we’re forwarding you our last email in case you missed it.

As you know, FPC and ATF did battle in front of the Supreme Court earlier this week, and on Tuesday, the ATF breathlessly lied in defense of their “frame or receiver” rule.

Our lawyers fought valiantly against these treasonous bureaucrats, but now we need to keep pushing until SCOTUS hands down an opinion AGAINST ATF’s regulation.

That’s why we’re trying to rally right now, and we need YOUR SUPPORT!

FIGHT ATF - WIN A MARLIN 1895 TRAPPER RIFLE!

If you haven’t already, please RUSH a donation of at least $25 to help this case and many others. If you do, you will be entered to WIN a Marlin 1895 Trapper Rifle with Hornady Level Evolution 45-70 ammo!

We’ll have more news to share with you in the days to come, but for now we just need to make sure that everyone saw what ATF said in court.

These jackboots actually think they should be allowed to get away with yet another unconstitutional regulation, and it’s SICKENING, Friend

Don’t let them succeed. Read our forwarded message below and donate NOW to be entered to WIN the trapper rifle!

Subject: Biden DOJ Defends ATF Rule at SCOTUS

Friend,

Earlier this week, the DOJ defended ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule during oral arguments in our case at the Supreme Court.

The ATF has previously argued that their rule actually hasn’t changed anything at all, because they claim the law has supposedly always been this way.

They expanded on ATF’s Big Lie, argued that this outrageous regulation exists only for the sake of clarification, and that it’s somehow for our benefit.

Then on Tuesday, they doubled down in arguing that ATF’s abuse of administrative power should be upheld by SCOTUS.

FIGHT THE ATF!

We punched back HARD, and we’re proud of the work that we’ve done in Garland v. VanDerStok. But now comes the hard part…

The next step is likely to be an order/decision from the high court. That puts this historic case in the homestretch. And during that time, we need to say again and again that the only acceptable outcome in this case is the complete REJECTION of ATF’s rule.

That’s why we’re emailing you again. We need you to make your voice heard LOUD AND CLEAR during this critical juncture.

Friend, will you stand with FPC today and help fight the government by making a contribution to the Lawsuit Printer?

Chip in $100, $50, or perhaps even $25 before midnight! When you do, you will automatically be entered to WIN a Marlin 1895 Trapper Rifle, along with Hornady Level Evolution 45-70 ammo!

We need to keep fighting and opposing ATF’s totalitarian rules until the high court puts the Administrative State in their place.

The time to throw everything we’ve got at the federal government is NOW, and we MUST have your support in order to finish this fight.

FIGHT ATF - WIN A MARLIN 1895 TRAPPER RIFLE!

We’re hoping to see at least 47 gun-owning patriots in your area contribute before midnight tonight, Friend.

Donate NOW to help OBLITERATE this unconstitutional regulation and be entered to WIN the Marlin 1895 Trapper Rifle with Hornady Level Evolution 45-70 ammo!
