We’re now 23 days from Election Day, and polling is showing many races essentially tied. Whether we flip the House from red to blue is essentially a toss-up.

If we win, we can codify Roe v. Wade, enact policies that will help working families, and make progress on everything from tackling climate change to strengthening the social safety net to providing rural broadband.

But if we lose, Republicans will still be able to set the agenda – and we know where their focus will be. Tax cuts for the wealthiest few. No protections for reproductive rights. No action on climate change.

We can’t afford to let them take us backwards.
