Friend, as we approach what might be the most consequential election in our nation's history, it's essential that we come together and protect the right to vote.

Across the country, there have been increased efforts aimed at purging voter rolls and restricting access to the ballot. These actions are not only unnecessary, but they undermine the democratic values we cherish.

And that is absolutely unacceptable.

In New York, I have dedicated my work to ensuring our voting rights are secured and accessible for all. But while New York continues to stand as a beacon for democracy, I know that for many states, that simply isn't the case. 

This November, it's up to us to stand firm on the issues that matter most: abortion access, voting and LGBTQ+ rights, and so much more. And we have the power to protect these essential rights with our vote – making sure every eligible voter can cast their ballot freely and without obstruction. That's why I won't rest until voting rights are protected in New York and across the nation.
