The fact is that inflation is still too high — and it’s only getting worse.

Far too many Americans are hurting from sky-high prices at the gas pump and
grocery store. In fact, core inflation — a more reliable measure of the
increase in costs for basic needs — actuallyincreased by 3.3% since last year.

That’s on top of the $11,000 more that families are paying each year since
President Biden took office.

As families continue to struggle under the burdens of higher prices, a new

Key parts of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act are set to expire, and millions of
American families might see their budgets strained even further.
