Team — We were completely shocked and horrified to read the words tweeted by Matthew Brodsky, (now former) campaign manager for Ilhan’s GOP opponent and former White House advisor under Trump.

Yes, you read that right. No, there’s no context missing.

The person who has been managing Ilhan’s opponent’s campaign thinks that Israel should carpet bomb, and drop napalm on, Irish United Nations soldiers who are stationed in Lebanon for a multinational peacekeeping mission.

Not only would that be a violation of multiple international laws of war, but it’s a direct threat towards one of our allies, an affront to the entire spirit of the United Nations, and a callous, bloodthirsty call for violence.

Let’s be clear, Gail J, this kind of rhetoric from our opponent’s campaign is unacceptable. It’s dangerous, unhinged, and unfit for Minnesota.

Trump’s Republican party has become so extreme that they proudly display their desire to ramp up the ongoing death and destruction we have seen in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank. We have to keep them out of power, no matter what.

We have a little over three weeks left to beat Ilhan’s far-right opponent and continue to fight for our progressive vision for the future — one that values peace and human life over needless war and violence.

Please, chip in to our campaign today. We see how dangerous our opponents are. Early voting has already started. Now is the time to act and make sure we have a blowout victory on Election Day in just a few weeks.:
