Friends,
I wanted to share an update on recent legislative work and community engagement.
In Temecula, I joined Congressman Ken Calvert and Riverside County Assistant DA for a law enforcement roundtable to discuss the greatest safety threats to our communities and how to better support local law enforcement.
I also visited Total Wine & More’s location in Temecula to hear from businesses first-hand about the changes they need to better prevent rampant retail crime.
Touring Skorpios Technologies in Temecula, we discussed their work to revitalize domestic semiconductor manufacturing and keep this technology product – and the jobs it creates – here at home in America.
And, I introduced new legislation to require the disclosure of third parties financing of civil litigation. This bill will lower the cost of doing business and ensure transparency in litigation.
As always, it is an honor to serve as your representative in Congress. For more information, please visit my website at www.issa.house.gov.
