Earlier this week, the Senate returned to work while the House has no return date in sight. Southwest Washington and America expect their representatives to be advancing solutions, solving problems and fulfilling their oaths to their constituents. But Nancy Pelosi is keeping the U.S. House closed.

Republicans in Congress have proposed a plan to get Congress back to work, and to do if safely.  But Nancy Pelosi has announced no return date and no plans. 

Restoring the voice of every American and ensuring that their government works is of the utmost importance. And as millions of Americans continue working on the front lines day after day, the least we can do is get Congress back to work for the American people.

Republican lawmakers including Jaime have agreed that we need a safe return to regular order—not more yes or no votes on major legislation with no chance for debate, amendment or improvement.

Sign our petition today to tell Nancy Pelosi to reopen the House so we can get to work on commonsense solutions that help Americans during this crisis.
